What are the employers obligations?Becoming an employer for the first time can feel overwhelming, and that’s completely understandable! Navigating the tax system and understanding your responsibilities and legal obligations can be time-consuming and complex. Irvine Bailey recommend using Stafftax or Nannytax, two wonderful specialist payroll providers, to help manage your payroll needs. They both charge an annual fee for their services, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for you. Each month, Stafftax and Nannytax will provide a detailed payslip for your employee, showing the net amount that will be deposited into their bank account after tax, pension contributions, and student loan deductions have been taken care of. Additionally, as an employer, you can relax knowing that both your and your employee's tax, pension, and other obligations will be handled in a convenient monthly payment to HMRC.

Curious about our fees? For our permanent placements, we charge a percentage of the candidate’s gross annual salary. This fee is payable once an offer of employment is made by you and joyfully accepted by the candidate. When it comes to temporary placements, we simply charge a weekly fee, making it easy and straightforward for you!
